High-Precision Plastic Parts Manufacturing

Our 73,000 square foot manufacturing center includes state-of-the-art design and process-controlled equipment, a Class 10,000 clean room, and a fully equipped ASQI Metrology laboratory. We offer all injection molding services on site, including design, tool making, mold repair, manufacturing, material selection, and fulfillment & packaging. We can offer Just-In-Time delivery or leverage supplier-held inventory to quickly respond to your needs.

Strict Quality Control Systems

Our metrology lab utilizes RAM Optical video base measuring and inspection systems, Numerex coordinating measuring systems and computerized optical comparators. These state-of-the-art systems certify all tooling dimensions and insure repeatability in our molds.

The use of SPC quality control methods & design experiments allows Comet Tool Company to prevent defects prior to molding. Variations during the production cycle are also eliminated through source inspections and the use of our Avalon Vision System.
