Set up and operate injection molding machines ranging from 28 to 500 ton. Experience with scientific molding principles and process documentation preferred.
Program and operate CNC mills and EDM equipment for precision mold component fabrication. Experience with P20, H13 mold steels and CAM software required.
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection using CMMs, optical comparators, and hand gages. PPAP documentation and SPC experience a plus.
Design single and multi-cavity injection molds using CAD software. Perform DFM analysis, develop gating strategies, and support first-article qualification.
